I want everything!
Ok….so I’ve put together a little wish list of what I’m literally drooling over these days – and hoping…..some….maybe all…..will be mine – well a girl can dream ha, ha!
First Up….Sophia Webster shoes
I’m coveting a couple of pairs of Sophia Webster shoes at the moment – but absolutely love these ice-blue Riko open-toe sandals. I think they would be fab all year round and take you through winter and summer (and a lifetime one hopes at £525/AED2970!). I absolutely love the neon red zig-zags, the pink glitter, the black woven detail and the cute little laces. Whats not to love?
I’m also obsessed with these ‘Boss Lady’ baby pink patent pumps. These are such a statement shoe – with the cute speech bubbles – so kitsch and girly and not bad at £350/AED1980. Sophia Webster’s shoes are not ones to fade into the background and can totally change a plain outfit – I think thats why I love them so much – they really do all the talking! #obsessed
This FAB Retro 1970’s jumper….
When I recently saw this on T.V, I googled it and immediately put it into the wish list in my head. At £280/AED1585, it’s quite expensive for a crew-neck jumper but this is an investment piece (at least that’s what I keep telling myself ha, ha) and is made with 100% pure merino wool. I absolutely adore the style and the colour – and because I’m a 70’s child……I just think it’s so cool and retro! This would be fab paired with a black leather pencil/midi-skirt or leather skinnies and funky shoe boots for winter. #need
These quirky, kitsch espadrilles….
I wish I had been on the ball (again I’m blaming the ‘baby brain’) and purchased these when I saw them first a month ago. They are now sold out everywhere (sigh) so shouldn’t be on my wish list…..but…..I live in hope that I will find them somewhere….sometime…..on the online shopping cybersphere. Here’s hoping! I love Sam Edelman shoes especially the ‘Circus’ range as they have quite a funky edge and are affordable (AED217.30) and these espadrille flats are no exception. #want
These AMAZEBALL Self-Portrait dresses……….
I first became aware of Self-Portrait when I saw Jessica Biel wearing this amazing jumpsuit (see below) and had to investigate this fabulous brand further. Launched in 2013, this London label creates unique and gorgeous pieces that fall between edgy and feminine. The use of luxurious fabric, sheer panelling and cut-out lace details is so clever and so ‘on-point’ and their collection house’s something for all types of body shapes and styles. So……of course and inevitably these dresses have gone straight to the top of my wish list.
The two dresses I’m lusting over at the moment (see above) are just stunning and I don’t care if I don’t have an occasion to wear them too – I will find one!! The scallop-edged burgundy midi-dress (above) will be gorgeous for Autumn/Winter and especially for a Winter wedding with a fab black hat and shoes/shoe-boots. Currently retailing at £260/AED1500.
This white panelled midi dress (as seen on Mollie King below and above) is £320/AED1900 and will take you through also to Spring/Summer 2016. I mean…….this is a no-brainer really. #anyexcuse #obsessed

You can never have enough coats – even when you live in the desert!
I’ve been after a really nice came coat for a long time and as I will be spending some time in Ireland this winter, I thought I might as well start scouting around for one. I haven’t seen many that I actually like in the shops at the moment or online except for these two (below). One is designer – Max Mara (and may probably be still on my wish-list next winter ha, ha) and the other is good ol’ high street – H&M.
This double-layered Max Mara coat is pure cashmere and is such a timeless piece that at €2,755/AED11,500 – you really would have to work out ‘cost-per-wear’ but I think it’s something you would have in your wardrobe forever and probably pass down to your children! A complete staple. #fabulous
A more affordable option on my wish list is this H&M camel tailored coat (£79/AED479) with a tie-belt at the waist. It has such a classic style and timeless shape and will really add to my winter wardrobe…….needs must and all that!
Not forgetting accessories…………
If there’s one thing designer brand Chloé does well – it’s handbags – and they have recently upped their game with the release of the Chloé Drew which has a structured ladylike design and the latest addition – the Chloé Faye bag – which I mentioned in one of my last blog posts – my H&M Autumn accessories haul – see here. There are lots of replica’s floating around the High Street at the moment but I am definitely lusting after the real-deal. I love how it has that bohemian vibe to it and encompasses all things Autumn/Winter 70’s plus it can quite easily transition into Spring/Summer 2016. #died #someday
I have to have these in my wardrobe sooner rather than later – but as usual my size is now sold out on ASOS – again I’ve been too late! I absolutely love the tassel fringing, the on-trend colour for Autumn/Winter, the stacked heel and the peep-toe. I have a similar pair in black but these would team up perfectly with my Autumn/Winter wardrobe.
If all else fails, www.express.com have a similar pair online at the moment……….buy here
These boots were made for walking and more………..
Fashion Blogger Kat from www.withlovefromkat wearing her Highland Over-the-knee Stuart Weitzman boots
Ok, so these fab over-the-knee boots have been around for a long time and now have that iconic status. Of course, the high street is full of fab replica’s and dupes – but there is just something about these particular Stuart Weitzman boots that are just stunning, timeless and so stylish. I’m particularly loving the grey suede pair and think they would look fab with some leggings, leather skinnies or skinny jeans. #inlove
